    An expert many times over, Lance Callahan has given upwards of 45,000 personal training sessions over the past 22 years. Lance, 46, is one of the most experienced and dedicated Personal Trainers in Los Angeles. And now he is adding Life Coaching to his list of services. He has been certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and the Life Coach Institute of Orange County. But it is his experience and passion that sets him apart.

    Lance is one of the strongest and most inspirational people you'll ever meet. A survivor of trauma (including third-degree burns on his hands and scalp resulting from a severe car accident when he was 4, child abuse, child poverty, and the extra-challenging life experience these factors set him up for), Lance had very few roles models during his tumultous childhood in the 1980s. One of those was his father's brother who was a recreational bodybuilder. As a wee lad Lance also took solace in the He-Man animated series and action figures. Thus was born his innate desire to be a bodybuilder, positive role model, and warrior for good in this often cruel and unfair world.

    Monday-Friday 8 AM - 8 PM

    Every Other Saturday 8 AM - 2 PM



    *Sessions are one hour in length. Willing to operate outside the days/hours listed above for special circumstances, i.e. shoots, weddings, award ceremonies, special events, etc.



    First Session: $75

    Single Session: $105

    1 Session per Week: $95 per Session*

    2 Sessions per Week: $85 per Session*

    3 or More Sessions per Week: $75 per Session*


    *Discounted sessions must be paid for in packages of 4 (for 1 session per week discount), 8 (for 2 sessions per week discount), or 12 (for 3 or more sessions per week discount).

    Personal Training (Private Studio)

    1, 2, or 3 sessions per week with me at my workout studio can immediately make a significant difference in your health and well-being.

    I can also teach you to workout without me at home or at your favorite gym!


    Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, improve your health, increase your energy and self-confidence, or (like most of us) ALL OF THE ABOVE... I'm your man.

    Personal Training (Online)

    Live outside the area or just prefer to workout in the comfort of your own home or garage? Train with me online and get a much better workout than you might imagine with just a set of dumbbells, a basic fold-up bench and your own bodyweight.

    If you don't already have this equipment I can steer you in the right direction as to where you can get good quality equipment online.

    Life Coaching (In-Person or Online)
